I’ve been coaching for over 10 years, in person and online. From yoga to barre, conditioning to strength, I’ve done a little bit of everything. And now use my range of experiences to create personalized fitness programs. All of my offerings are body-neutral and trauma-informed. Moving your body is a deeply personal experience, so I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for you to explore. My goal is to make movement as accessible as I can for you.
