My name is Brittany but you can call me Coach B

I started teaching yoga on a bit of a whim all the way back in 2011. I didn’t know it then, but it was the spark that lead me to finding my life long passion for coaching.

Over the past 10+ years I’ve gathered the education and experience that has made me to be the coach I am today. My approach to coaching is highly personalized. There is no one size fits all plan. I enjoy taking the time to develop not only a plan that will help you reach your goals, but establishing trust with me and yourself that you can complete it!

I often blend strength training, conditioning, mobility, and breath work to create a well rounded experince.

I’m originally from Minnesota and my “ohs” come out in the least ideal time.
