BUILD 1

BEGIINER - INTERMEDIATE

The past year changed everything, including how we move in our bodies. BUILD was made to meet those changes. This six-week program has the convenience of being accessible anywhere but with the accountability of a personal trainer, with weekly check-ins. Ideal for beginner to intermate clients, each week will build upon the last. Increasing weight, volume, or variation week-to-week.

Also included are three journaling prompts/worksheets designed to help you identify your goals, mindset, and more. Getting stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Recommended equipment: workout/yoga mat, adjustable dumbbells, or 2+ dumbells in varying weights.
