3 one-hour Virtual Training sessions for $90!

Let’s make sure this is a good fit before you invest! Meet with me for three virtual training sessions. Our first session will be a consultation and assessment. The next two sessions will focus on basic movement patterns and give you a sense of what to expect in a typical virtual workout!

    This package is ideal for those looking for personal training on a bit of a budget. Work out with me once a week, then follow instructional videos and your workout tracker for the rest of the week!

    ✓ Workout and goal tracker

    Do you have a goal to move five times a week? This is the package for you! Work out with me twice and week, then fill in three workouts using instructional videos and your workout tracker.

    This package is the full virtual training experience. Workout with me three times per week and have optional programmed workouts in between.

    This package is ideal for someone looking for just a little extra accountability. With this package, you’ll do the majority of your workouts using my instructional videos and workout tracker. Using our half-hour sessions to ask questions, talk about form, or check in on other health habits.
