How long have you trained with Coach B?

wow! 2.5 years? on and off!

Why did you start training?

I started training with Coach B because I wanted to support my running goals and feel stronger and more comfortable in my body while managing some health concerns.

What goals have you reached during your time training?

One of my big goals training was to be able to do a chin up - now I can do 5 :)

What are you most proud of in your fitness journey?

My mental health gains! I feel stronger physically and mentally because of this training!

How would you describe Coach B's training style?

Coach B feels like a close friend that just happens to know all about strength training. They are great at explaining the how and why of movements and so supportive! I was intimidated to start in the gym at first because it felt like such a male dominated space - I love the environment that Coach B curates in the gym. It is inclusive, fun, and relaxed.

Do you have any advice for someone looking to start strength training?

Find your community! Working out with a crew makes all the difference :)
